Lifestream Fibre Biotics is a unique natural fibre formula with psyllium husks, prebiotics + probiotics to help support you with a healthy balance of intestinal bacteria, natural digestion + bowel regularity.

Adults: 3 capsules daily. Children 6-12 years: 1-2 capsules daily. Best taken ½ hour before or after food. It is recommended to start with a low dose and build up gradually.
