5-W is a herbal combination designed to support women during the final stages of pregnancy and childbirth. 5-W contains herbs which promote the overall toning of uterine tissues in preparation for childbirth, and the calming of false contractions. 5-W supports uterine muscle spasms, anxiety and irritability often associated with childbirth. 5-W is recommended especially during the last five weeks of pregnancy to help facilitate healthy delivery and recovery.

5-W has also been used to support dysmenorrhoea, hot flashes, menstrual cramping and spasms, and other menstrual irregularities. Women suffering from infertility may benefit from supplementation several months prior to conception in order to support healthy uterine tone and hormonal balance.

DIRECTIONS

During the last five weeks of pregnancy, take two capsules with a meal three times daily with a meal.
